1) Select the information type ... Choose between pests/diseases/weeds, crops, beneficials, or institutes and scientists.
2 ) Specify the item ... Select the information item (e.g. a pest or a scientist) by locating it in the data tree or by typing the first few letters.
3) Get more details ... Click on the details button to open various option windows like literature, pests of a given crop, or scientists who published on a specific pest.

Filter out only the publications you need ... Many filtering options for selecting literature records, e.g. for a specific pest-group filter out publications covering a given genus of parasitoids.
Higher levels in data trees are linked to all the information of lower level units, for example selecting a genus will give the literature for all its species.

Combine information on pests, crops, regions ... Combine information on pests, crops, beneficials, geographic regions or countries, and scientists. E.g. display the pests for a specific crop in a given group of countries, or the literature dealing with a disease attacking a selected crop.

Scientists and research institutes ... Detailed information on scientists and research institutes are available. E.g. find a scientist working on a specific pest - search the complete list of scientists, institutes/organisations - or browse the data trees for research institutes, companies and organizations.
